Beginners, Intermediate/Beginners Advanced/Intermediates & Advanced


Beginners
Start with our Beginners Class with a CrossFit certified trainer until they feel you have the necessary skills to advance to the next class Level. The CrossFit Environment can be a daunting experience for beginners but a class that is suited to beginners and full of beginners makes the experience so much more enjoyable for your first session

When do the Beginners Sessions Run?
Monday to Friday 6am, 9:30am & 7:30pm & 8am Saturdays (1hr sessions)

Intermediate/Beginners
When the Head Coach feels you have the necessary skills to advance to the Intermediate/Beginner level from the Beginners. Athletes that move to the intermediate/beginner classes have a good foundation of the Olympic Lifts & Power Lifts. They have developed the capacity to increase the skill level with the Gymnastic Movements through the basics and have developed sounds mechanics of movement with our Metabolic Conditioning. The Intermediate/beginner sessions start to introduce some more complex lifting and gymnastic movements as well as an increase in intensity. 

When do the Intermediatess Sessions Run?
Monday to Friday 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm; Saturday 8am (1hr sessions)

Advanced/Intermediates
When the Head Coach feels you have the necessary skills & attitude to advance to the Advanced/Intermediate level from the Intermediate/beginners. Athletes that move to the Advanced have a good foundation of the Olympic Lifts & Power Lifts. They have developed the capacity to increase their intensity with the Gymnastic Movements and Metabolic Conditioning. Advanced Athletes have decided that CrossFit is their sport and their attitude reflects this.

When do the Advanced/Intermediates Sessions Run?
Monday to Friday 6am, 9:30am & 5:30pm&6:30pm& Saturday 8am
