Kids 3-5yrs & 6-12yrs & Youth 13+

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population. (neurological, cognitive, motor)

What Does this mean ?
This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
We involve functional movements exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers.CrossFit fitness is defined as broad, inclusive and general, it means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play because CrossFit Kids doesn’t coach them to be good at just one thing.
Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
With workouts that are scaleable, CrossFit Kids can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.

When do the Kids Sessions Run?
Kids 3-5yrs Tuesday 4:00-4:20pm 
Kids 6-12yrs Tuesday & Thursday  4:30-5:00pm 


Youth
Our Youth sessions have been created to improve the 10 recognized physical skills of any good athlete and improve confidence that will allow our youth to not only succeed in sport if that's what they choose, but more importantly to help them succeed in life. CrossFit youth are better equipped to face whatever life brings them. It isn’t about winning or losing. It’s about character building and defining success in a positive manner. Our CrossFit Youth are working from a different paradigm than most of their peers. They view themselves as competent and capable. Appropriate risk taking and weathering the storms of life come more naturally to them. They’re disciplined; they know how to persevere; they have learned to accept delayed gratification.
Our CrossFit Youth no longer look at obstacles as blocks to their progress. They see them as opportunities to apply themselves and succeed. It is rarely a question of whether they can do something. It’s a question of when they will do it.

When does the Youth Sessions Run?
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 4:30-5:15pm
